Yorkshire Maintenance was approached in October 2022 by Studio Pringle who had been commissioned by Montfort Communications.
Studio Pringle’s brief was to come up with a design scheme to allow Montfort to expand their existing office space to accommodate an additional 20 team members.
YMC worked in partnership with Frankie Pringle, Pringles design director. Over the coming weeks we worked together to come up with innovative ideas to provide the client with the additional space they required.
YMC set to work in November and In just six weeks transformed the old space by opening up walls to create new spaces and then refurbished the whole site installing new flooring, walls, decoration, upgrading all the electrical and data install, creating new acoustic phone booths and installing new furniture.
YMC had the place ready for occupation on the 3rd of January 2023 as promised, much to the delight of the client.
