The scheme was designed in house. The Yorkshire Maintenance Team worked closely with the client to value engineer the project and ensure that his design brief and specific requirements were reflected in the final design scope of works.
Rodgers Of York
A client of 10 years approached Yorkshire Maintenance Company in August to assist them with some alterations and a sales floor revamp. Yorkshire Maintenance Company set about obtaining a brief from the client and preparing working drawings for approval.
Montfort office refit – London
Yorkshire Maintenance was approached in October 2022 by Studio Pringle who had been commissioned by Montfort Communications. Studio Pringle’s brief was to come up with a design scheme to allow Montfort to expand their existing office space to accommodate an additional 20 team members.
Shake Shack - Clapham
Our partner Shake Shack entrusted YMC with an NSO site on London's West End. The works were project managed by YMC's delivery team working in conjunction with the clients Architects and Quantity Surveyors.
Rodgers Of York Cafe
Yorkshire Maintenance were approached by Rodgers Of York with a brief to reinvent their cafe area at their store in Huntingdon, York. YMC have worked alongside Rodgers Of York for 10 years, providing refurbishment.
